In the event of death, incapacity, or inability to act, all rights, ownership, and authority automatically transfer to Malakai Kipchumba van der Schaar, without limitation.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All intellectual property displayed, sold, or referenced on the Website is protected under Australian and international law and remains the exclusive property of Ineedthat.
Nothing in these Terms grants any licence, right, or interest except as expressly stated.
4.1 Limited Personal-Use Licence
Upon purchase, customers receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to possess the physical product for personal enjoyment only.
This licence does not permit:

  • Reproduction or copying

  • Commercial use or resale of designs

  • Digital use or redistribution

  • Modification, adaptation, or derivative works

  • Use in advertising, promotions, or social media

  • Use in NFTs, AI training, datasets, or machine learning

5. Prohibited Conduct (Zero Tolerance)
Without limitation, you must not:

  • Screenshot, photograph, or capture Website content

  • Download or extract images, videos, or designs

  • Trace, redraw, recolour, or stylise designs

  • Upload designs to third-party platforms or POD services

  • Use designs in mock-ups, previews, or templates

  • Reverse engineer prompts, workflows, or systems

  • Claim inspiration, parody, or fair use for commercial purposes

  • Use any Ineedthat content to train AI models

  • Exploit technical or legal loopholes to bypass restrictions

Any such conduct constitutes wilful infringement.

6. AI-Generated Content & Advertising
Ineedthat uses AI-assisted tools in the creation of:

  • Artwork

  • Design compositions

  • Advertising videos

  • Motion graphics

  • Visual marketing materials

All AI-assisted outputs are human-directed, curated, edited, and protected as original works.
You are expressly prohibited from:

  • Extracting frames from videos

  • Reusing or reanimating video content

  • Using video assets as prompts, references, or training data

 
 
7. Orders, Pricing & Payments
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may change without notice.
We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders

  • Limit quantities

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Suspend transactions suspected of fraud or abuse

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store full payment details.

8. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary.
Due to the custom nature of products, refunds or replacements are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

9. International Customers
Customers outside Australia acknowledge that:

  • Products may be supplied from Australia or third‑party fulfilment partners
